Created by two sisters, Chelsee Healey and Kate Follan from the famous city of Manchester. At Rags, we pride ourselves in luxury fashion with an affordable price tag. Here at RAGS we are here to set the trends, not with fast fashion but with a slow and steady take.

   

Our company has huge plans for growth, with an actress and a fashionista creating this brand, we know we are on track for HUGE things. 

   

This brand is a direct reflection of our own style and aesthetic. We design each piece together as sisters then transition into the development process.
